I can help you, to regain your confident relaxed self and to lose the fear, to look forward with a relaxed view to the birth, and to really really have the birth you desire the most.

Seeing me for 5  1 hour sessions will give you the results you are seeking but so far seem elusive. You will recieve my ongoing backing and support as you need it.

1st session free

Subsequent sessions £50.00 each, 5 is recommended depending on timing!

Also included: CDs to support you through every step in pregnancy birth and with a newborn.
